The Food Village at CBS The Green

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are delighted to inform you that our new school lunch provider 'The Food Village' will begin service this week. Below is important information that we want you to be aware of so in order to set your son's account and your parent account.

ONBOARDING DAY-WEDNESDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER

On this onboarding day, a member of our team will arrive at your school to talk with each year group and show a video on how to use the mobile ordering app. This video is 8 minutes long and we will have a short Q&A after to ensure everyone understands the new service. We will take no more than 15 minutes per group.

• We request that you ask all students to have our app downloaded and their account registered prior to their onboarding day. Please download the app on Tuesday 10th September. 

• Can you please ask all students to bring their phones with them to school this day. We understand you school may have a no phone policy, we only ask the students to bring their phone on this one day only, so we can ensure they understand how to order via the app and how to connect a key tag to their account. Each student will receive their key tag at the onboarding assembly.

• The key tag attachment is a crucial step to ensuring a smooth running queue and service in your school as this is what all students use to collect their meals. 

Your first day of Food Village service is noted as Friday 13th of September.
